• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, The Haunted Heel Shoppe ships merchandise to locations only within the continental United States. Shipping is based on total sale price (before tax where applied).




• Sales Tax

• The Haunted Heel Shoppe charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.




• Return Policy

• The Haunted Heel offers a 10 day return policy. You have 10 days to return any unopened, unused or unworn item in it's original packaging with all tags attached for any reason.

  Before returning any item you must contact The Haunted Heel and receive a Return Mechandise Authorizaton (RMA). You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to us at the location provided on the RMA.

  All return items must meet the following conditions:

  • All items must be unopened and unworn with all original tags & labels
  • Must be free of all marks and scents (no perfume, make-up, tobacco smoke, pet smells, etc.)
  • Health code regulations prohibit us from accepting returns on any item that comes in contact with the intimate areas.
